The following terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed with the Allfarm Supplies Ltd. By placing an order for goods you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions of sale.
Please note that we may make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time, so please check to view our latest version.
Purchasing
The supply of goods is subject to availability. We will imform you if the product is unavailable and if possible we use a back order system.
Prices
All prices of goods available are charged in New Zealand dollars and are exclusive of GST.
Forms of Payment we accept Direct Credit and Cheques.
Delivery
From the time we receive your order, we aim to deliver your goods to you within one - three working days, due to the nature of farming and its many varied geographical locations it is difficult to provide an overnight service. Often orders will be deliverd by the NZ Post Rural Delivery system. A number of our products have a Dangerous Goods status, this status can also delay deliveries. Please wait two working days post expected delivery time before querying your order.
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Parcels will be despatched through a number of different freight and courier companies dependent on your location, weight, size and if relevant Dangerous Goods classification. The 'Signature at receipt' option is not normally practical for farmers who are often unlocatable although we may instigate this option from time to time on high value orders.
Returning Goods
You have a statutory right to return your order by notifying us within 14 working days of delivery.Your right to return goods does not apply to:
*goods you have used and which are therefore not in a saleable condition; or
*Items that have been worn (unless the purpose for wearing it was to check the size).
To return your order and claim a refund, e-mail us at

or contact us by phone within five working days from delivery, heading your e-mail "Order Return" and providing your name and contact details, your order number if applicable and a description of the goods being returned.
A "working day" is any day, which is not a weekend or a bank holiday.
If returning goods, we recommend you use registered or recorded delivery to ensure they reach us safely. If you do not return the goods, we have the right to collect the goods from you and charge you for the full cost of doing so.

Whilst we will try to cancel the order before it is despatched, we may be unable to do so. If the goods are delivered you will still need to cancel your order in writing and return the goods as set out above.
We will refund the purchase price to you within 30 days of your cancellation notice (including the original postage and package we charged you).
You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods and this cannot be refunded.
Please note that we are unable to cancel any orders after the seven working day period unless the goods are faulty (see "Faulty Goods" below). Your right to cancel is separate from other statutory rights you may have.
Faulty Goods
If any goods ordered from us are faulty, please return them as soon as possible to the "Returns Address" below, securely packaged. If we find that the goods are faulty, and you have returned them within a reasonable period, we will refund the purchase price to you (including the original postage and package we charged you), and your postage and package costs for returning the goods (standard recorded delivery).
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Replacement Goods
Where possible and depending on stock AllFarm Supplies will offer replacements for all faulty goods.

Age restriction
You may only order goods if you are 18 or over. If you are under 18 years old, please ask your parent or guardian to complete the ordering process.
Liability
AllFarm Supplies Ltd shall not be liable if we are unable to carry out our obligations (including any delays) due to any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
AllFarm Supplies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for any business losses you may suffer as a result of any breach of these terms and conditions of sale.
We do not limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions of sale shall be governed by and enforced in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
Security and Privacy
In the event of there being a problem with your order we will communicate with you via e-mail, telephone or fax.
